Youth empowerment
I would like to draw the attention of concerned authorities towards the persisting issue of uneducated children in Pakistan, a challenge that demands immediate action and comprehensive solutions. The alarming rate of illiteracy among the youth poses a sig-nificant threat to the nation’s future. The root causes of this crisis stem from a combi-nation of economic disparities, insufficient infrastructure and societal norms that hin-der access to education for many young minds.
Immediate measures must be taken to address this critical issue and pave the way for a brighter tomorrow for our youths. To empower our youths and overcome these chal-lenges, a multi-faceted approach is necessary. The government needs to increase in-vestment in education, particularly in marginalized areas. This includes building more schools, providing adequate resources, training qualified educators and fostering part-nerships with NGOs and educational institutions. By investing in the education of our youths, we not only uplift individuals but also empower the nation as a whole. Lever-aging technology for remote learning can bridge the gap in areas with limited access to traditional educational resources, providing flexible learning opportunities for eve-ryone. Urgent and concerted efforts are required to address the root causes of uneducated children in Pakistan, requiring a comprehensive approach involving government ini-tiatives, community engagement and cultural shifts. By prioritizing education, we can pave the way for a brighter future, empowering our youths with the tools and knowl-edge needed for success.

Karachi’s Thirst
The people of Karachi are facing an immense shortage of basic necessities, including drinking water. This issue presents acute challenges for the residents of the city, such as health risks and sanitation issues. Much of the water supplied in Karachi does not fit for drinking, creating great difficulties for the residents and making life in the city extremely difficult.
Karachi urgently requires clean water facilities to address this pressing issue. Despite the significant hardship faced by its inhabitants, the concerned authorities have failed to ensure such facilities. It is high time for the provincial government to take urgent action to address this issue and provide access to clean drinking water for all residents of Karachi. Immediate action is required to curb this water crisis as quickly as possible. The mat-ter demands attention and swift resolution to alleviate the suffering of the residents and prevent further challenges. It is crucial for the authorities to prioritize the provi-sion of clean water facilities and work towards resolving this critical issue for the well-being of the city’s population.

Child Welfare Concerns
The issue of bathroom restrictions in educational institutions, such as the IQRA school system, presents significant concerns for children’s well-being. Despite spend-ing extensive hours in school, young students, particularly those below seven years old, face obstacles in accessing restroom facilities. This is especially troubling for students enrolled in Quran memorization programs, who are only allowed occasional bathroom breaks. Reports from concerned parents and students reveal a distressing reality: students fear seeking permission to use the restroom from their teachers, fearing reprimand or re-fusal. This intimidation extends to interactions with parents, who are cautioned against lodging complaints. Despite the administration’s rationale of minimizing dis-ruptions to class time, the consequences of delayed restroom access are severe, lead-ing to physical discomfort, hindered academic performance, and absenteeism. Intervention from the IQRA school administration is crucial. A balanced approach prioritizing students’ health and dignity is essential. This involves empowering stu-dents to communicate their needs without fear and ensuring timely restroom access through effective communication between teachers, parents, and school authorities. In conclusion, addressing bathroom restrictions goes beyond fulfilling a basic neces-sity; it’s about safeguarding students’ fundamental rights and well-being. By fostering empathy, understanding, and open communication, educational institutions can fulfill their duty to nurture and educate the next generation.

Campaign against Israeli products
I am writing to emphasize why it is important not to buy Israeli products. When we purchase commodities manufactured in Israel, we might be supporting actions that violate people’s rights, especially Palestinians.
Boycotting Israeli products is a way to peacefully protest against these unfair actions, which Israel has been committing for the last several months. It demonstrates that we do not agree with what is happening and advocate for it to cease.
