Lights in parks?

At present our motherland is passing through shortage of 8000mw and expected more in future.  Pakistan has not built any big dam since long.  And, on the other hand parks lights are lighting-on at night after sun-set.  Energy is the main pillar for economy boost and due to serious crises our factories are going to close one-by-one; students have no bulbs for study in some areas. Whereas our princes start jogging in parks by lighting lights at night (even) begging finance from IMF – which is eying on our atomic facility – shame, shame!!

It is well-proved scientifically that after sun-set body tissues majorly starts sleeping till morning, starts working actively till noon. And, then, take bit rest (caloola).Though, government intends to close business centers at 8pm yet, All Pakistan Traders Association (APTA) called on authorities to review the decision which seems illogical and nonsense de facto.

Though, APTA laments that people used to visit markets after 6pm yet, government is not bound to listen on such illogical demands of APTA in the public interest. So, it is suggested to competent authority to-go-ahead without any hesitation. APTA is not aware of the fact that even rich countries like the US-and-Europe could not afford such illogical style of life to keep open malls/parks till 10/11pm (?).

Time has come that if any person/association tries to give any loss to property and life must be handled with iron hands like China, where, if a person dares to object to administration, rebut comes with shoot (instantly), nothing else – if crimeis proved well. So, now, time has come that Pakistan also (must) act upon this formula for controlling such crises.

So, it is strongly suggested to government to announce once for all, for closing of lights of parks/malls after sun set. Anyhow, to provide beautiful parks for the public is the basic responsibility of government – no space for argument (!!).

Impact of A1 on students

Artificial intelligence had a devastating impact on the creativity of students. It is a harmful technology for students. Likewise, the teachers whatever assign to students, instantly go for cheating in chat (GPT) and multiple other applications which made them fade and sluggish. Furthermore, now the students lost their creativity due to Al which made their minds crust.

Apart from this, there are many examples of Al such as Google Now, Microsoft Cortana and many more. Ultimately, to save the children from Al’s destruction the parents must not provide Smartphone to their children.

Woes of

load-shedding

This is to draw the attention of the relevant authorities to the problem of load-shedding which has created many woes for citizens, who have been compelled for protesting in front of the press club. Everyday load-shedding becomes 14 hours.

Our country has been suffering from acute load shedding. But unfortunately, our Sindh province is the top listed in the load shedding.  The proper solution of load shedding can never be finished. The students, the worst sufferers by the load-shedding cannot prepare themselves for studies. The Sindh Government and higher authorities should take action against the relevant department(s) and resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Increasing drug culture

Balochistan has been put into unending miseries for decades. From enforced disappearances to administrative loopholes, the region is facing severe crises in every department. One among the worst issues is the recent wave of growing trend of drug addiction, particularly in Quetta’s (provincial capital) Sariyab area. Despite being home to several mainstream and provincial political party leaders, Sariyab could not secure itself from the dirt of drugs in its latest phase.

A few days ago, people at Quetta’s Sariyab area marched, in the form of a rally, towards the home of the Member of Provincial Assembly (MPA) Malik Naseer Shahwani of the Balochistan National Party-Mengal (BNP-M) against the ‘open supply of drugs’ in the area. Concerned for their upcoming generations and the local environment, they wanted the local government to be active against the drug-dealers. And again, to push the local government into action, they need political backing.

Going back, Habib Naala (an area located inside the main Quetta city, now also known as City Naala) was home to drug addicts and dealers in the city. The law enforcement agencies launched a crackdown against both – the drug sellers and the addicts.

In the initial phase of the crackdown, which continued for a few days, Eagle Force of the police arrested the relevant persons and imprisoned them while they were continuously warned to vacate the area and quit drug addiction.

Misuse of technology

I want to highlight a very important issue which is misuse of technology in Pakistan. In other countries, where technology has brought a great revolution around the world, Pakistan has not understood technology properly even today. For Pakistanis, technology is only a tool which can influence them in entertainment. I believe that technology is no less than a weapon if it is put in the hands of a person who does not know how to use it properly. Similar is the situation in our country where people misuse technology. In the same way, when the print media came, Pakistanis refused to adopt it saying that it is leading us astray, but when all the other countries got a lot of benefits from it and became successful, Pakistanis thought that now we should also adopt this technology and by the time the rest of the countries had moved towards advanced technology and Pakistan was still there.  Where Pakistani use it for trivial tasks and do not take the real advantage of it. Through this letter, I want to tell the Pakistanis that the way foreign countries are changing and developing and making their country successful by using technology properly, we Pakistanis can also use technology for a strong and good purpose. And by using this we can also be a part of developed countries.
