Red Line Pakistan
There should be only one redline and it is Pakistan and its Constitution and not any individual politician irrespective of his present popularity. Only Quaid-i-Azam MAJ can qualify to be a red line, because it was his political leadership which gave us Pakistan, where we could live, free from exploitation and bias of Hindu supremacists.
It is also an unfortunate bitter truth that a military dictator Ayub Khan and Wajid Ali Burki indulged in harassment of Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah and other associates of MAJ like Col Elahi Bakhsh etc. The Jinnah House number 53 located on intersection of Tufail Road and Aziz Bhatti Road, which was ransacked and burned by angry agitated mob on 9 May 2023, actually belonged to MAJ and I am sure, they were unaware of this.
The Unionist Punjab Premier Khizr Hayat on orders of Viceroy facilitated its acquiring by British Indian Army under Defence of India Rules in 1945 with the help of a Muslim ICS officer SA Rahman, serving as District Sessions Judge. The British Raj did not want MAJ to spend time in Punjab. Jinnah House should have been returned to MAJ’s heirs in 1956, when we became a Republic and were no longer a British dominion.
This “Red Line IK” was initiated by keyboard warriors based in USA, all American nationals, who have pledged undivided loyalty to USA and its Constitution. On 9 May 2023, an angry group of Pakistan origin American nationals assembled on the call of PTI Houston chief.
A friend of mine sent me the following massage “Some college kids of Pakistani parents born in USA said-We wish, all country was one India, never partition it- made me cry.”. These kids are totally devoid of reality that Muslims in India are being killed and hounded like third class citizens.
It is time that sanity must prevail and political leaders inculcate tolerance for political opponents. The fate and destiny of Pakistan must be decided solely by those who have chosen to live and die in their motherland and not those with split loyalties.

PM of Pakistan
The other day news came that now Pakistan is striving to arrange another one billion USD to fulfill the next condition of the IMF for approving its agreement with Pakistan.
There was another media report that your government is planning to provide relief to the common man in the next budget, with 50% and 30% increases respectively, in the pay and pension of the government employees and fixation of Rs.40,000/- as the minimum monthly wages which is a laudable step, but won’t make better the life of a common man, unless, the above increases are doubled, keeping in view the recent unprecedented and unimaginable increases in the rents, rates and prices of every item of the daily use.
Obviously, for such a huge relief package and to meet the IMF’s condition, government will require additional resources, for which your attention is again invited towards my proposal of 4 March 2023 (produced below), to generate a minimum of 10 billion USD in a very short span of time, which must be tried, because even if this plan fails, it would not cost your government a penny.
Moreover, another relief for the government and private sector employees should also be considered by changing salary payment duration on weekly basis, instead of the current system of payment after 30 days, which is too long a period during such a high inflation era. (Proposal of 4 March 2023) I take this opportunity to humbly suggest that Pakistan can collect 10 billion USD in a flash by mobilising two million overseas Pakistanis (and resident Pakistanis as well) to deposit only 5000 dollars in special [Save Pakistan Account ] on a profit of 10% per annum payable on quarterly basis.

Mothers are precious gifts from God
Today is Mother’s Day. Mother’s Day is celebrated on the second Sunday in May every year. A mother is capable of forgiving any wrongdoing. She is the most important woman in everyone’s life. She sacrifices her happiness for her child. No one else can care for their kids the way a mother does.
First of all, mother is a word which fills everyone with emotions. A mother is certainly the most important human being in everyone’s life. A mother’s love for her child certainly cannot be compared with anything. Her level of forgiveness is unmatchable.
Mothers share a deep connection with their children. This connection certainly cannot be matched by anyone else. Even fathers fail to establish that type of understanding. The origins of this connection happen from infancy.
Mothers also are the emotional backbone of the family. They support everyone’s feeling in a family. Family members can certainly tell their emotions to their mothers without worry. An individual can share almost any secret with his/her mother. This is because mothers have a huge level of trust with their family. Furthermore, mothers have an extremely forgiving nature. Hence, even wrongdoing can be shared with a mother.
A mother’s heart is made of gold. She is the precious gift from the Almighty. Without mothers, life would certainly be dark and gloomy. Therefore, it is our duty to help and support our mothers. One important way to do that is to help in the household work. Another way of supporting mothers is to speak words of affirmation.

Garbage disposal
Through the columns of your esteemed newspaper, I would like to draw the attention of the concerned authorities towards the serious problem of garbage in my locality (Keamari) which is going from bad to worse, day by day. Open sewage drains and garbage dumps are one of the biggest problems in the area. People are throwing garbage wherever they see an empty space around the corner of streets. People are not serious about hygiene and health issues. And these dump garbage are giving rise to many harmful diseases. The people of this area are already suffering from viral flu and pneumonia for the last two months. The majority of streets are flooded with trash. The facility of providing the trash cans on every street corner is also lacking. We are facing severe health hazards. Keamari needs serious attention and it is also a matter of great concern for higher authorities. The Sindh Government should look into the matter and take some proper steps to make this area clean and beautiful.
