THE Central Election Commission of Uzbekistan has already announced “electoral victory” of incumbent President Shavkat Mirziyoyev in the most recently held presidential election with 87.1 percent “majority” votes. In this regard, being “multi-party” presidential democratic country, four different political parties rigorously participated in the election. These had totally different “Political Orientations” ranging from social development to formation of vibrant society, stability of political system to sustainability of economy, agriculture to commerce, good governance to good neighbourhood, green Uzbekistan to greater regional connectivity and last but not the least provision and protection of basic necessities of life to human rights attracting different segments of the society to move forward.
Ultimately, in the “evenly” contested electoral election Mirziyoyev succeeded not because of the “Incumbency Factor” but integrated socio-economic prosperity, fair-play, corruption-free governance, implementation of constant structural reforms and last but not the least, people’s friendly administration. Now, century’s old political doctrine of “State, System and Society” has been reversed into new order i.e. “Society, System, and State” due to which “New Uzbekistan” has entered into “New Era”. The OSEC, The War & Peace Institute, The European Liberty Radio, International Foundation for Electoral Systems, Al Jazeera, Reuters, Human Rights Watch and many more as usual criticized so-called lack of genuine political opposition, lack of political diversity, absence of free political campaign and lack of so-called electoral preferential treatment.
Participation of “four different political parties” having different political programs, “activation of independent” Chief Election Commission, “non-interference” of all the organs of the state, euphoria of social media, “existence of vibrant civil society”, progressive media and large participation of the common citizens in the electoral process all indicate that western false, fake and fictional propaganda do not have any “correctness” rather maintain “Conspiratorial Schemes” to transship Uzbekistan’s belief and journey towards further “Politicization & Democratization” and “liberalization of society, system and the state”.
Moreover, it has been “systematic electoral process” towards “Geo-Economics” for the better wellbeing of common people and achieving the desired goals of socio-economic prosperity, progressive society, purposeful state. The Uzbek President Mirziyoyez called a snap election after changing the constitution through a legitimate referendum demanding to seek New Electoral Mandate from the public the Real Owner of the system thus pursue the logical conclusion of the implementation of the new constitution in the country. Most recently presidential election was the biggest political event in Uzbekistan which ultimately totally “discarded” the western prejudiced approach towards it through massive “electoral process”. It has been complete “socio-economic transformation” moving from “centralized decision making” to “gross-root functional democracy” having people’s well-being it’s first and foremost priority.
Since his government President Mirziyoyez successfully changed the “apparatus” of the state from “Cosmetic-ism” to “Consensual-ism”, “Bureaucratic style of governance” to “People’s best Governance”, “Sophisticated System of Revenues” to “Simplified Taxes”, flexible visa regime, liberalization of foreign currency parity and last but not the least rigorous implementation of socio-economic prosperity in the country changing the outlook of the country.
It is good omen that despite continued false propaganda of the West its most of the independent organization highly “appreciated” Mirziyoyev’s human values, humanistic policies and overall humanism removing all stigmas of discriminations, bigotry and hatred in the country. Human rights has been one of the most important strategic priorities of his governance ending forced labour in the country’s cotton fields and released political prisoners jailed. Actually, Mirziyoyev systematically changed the concept of “Social Contract” and “Socialization” in the society changing the outdated “Sate and Dynamics” relations into mutually befitting proposition by putting the people on the path of immense socio-economic prosperity, progress and peaceful existence. The recent presidential election was “fair”, “free” and “transparent” and conducted according to the “internationally recognized standards” of electoral process in terms of electioneering, politicization and democratization thus completely discarding the personal whims & wishes of the pseudo intellectuals, watch-dogs biased observations and last but not the least, ill wishes of think-tanks of the West. Their old style of snakes & ladders faulty doctrine has now become laggards.
Additionally, the “State” remained completely neutral before and during the election and there was no pre and post political engineering in Uzbekistan maturing the true spirit of democracy in the country. Moreover, the CEC, being the independent organization remained totally impartial and absolutely vigilant to maintain utmost impartiality, transparency and accountability and held a tremendous election in which not a single incident of fake voting/proxy voting, snatching of votes any administrative or structural electoral irregularities, political manipulations or administrative manoeuvrings were reported. It vividly reflects high level of political maturity, electoral decency, electoral diversity, existence of strong political opposition and last but not the least, rules of the law in the country successfully differentiating Uzbekistan from the rest of Central Asia and beyond because it has its own unique model of people’s friendly governance, humanly conflict resolution and last but not the least, socio- economic humanism.
Obviously, the recently held election was not scripted rather it was streamlined and systematically held by the CEC in the country highlighting the true spirits of democratic norms, respecting political opposition and persuasion of Humanistic Nationalism totally different from the mad rise of right-wing politics in most of Europe and elsewhere in the world eroding the opposition through Hand Grande of social media, ruthless political characterization through ploughing seeds of hatred, bigotry, discrimination, societal division and political instability. Frankly speaking, all SOPs of the electoral code, political parties’ procedure and political campaign was strictly enforced and equally implemented, showcasing provision of “Equal Political Rights” to all the participating candidates in terms of sanctions of funds, seeking of foreign funding, allocation of media time at government’s organizations and last but not least harmonious and equal facilitation of social media to all. Therefore, simmering of the West against Uzbekistan is not based on facts rather mixtures of self-made X-Files Syndromes which remained lost in self-fabricated fantasies to create fuss.
Moreover, free participation of 15 million voters with turn-out near to 80 percent along with more than 900 international observers, larger involvement of NGOs and vibrant media diminishes “Albino Psychology” of the West which is completely untrue and ineffective. The wandering souls of propaganda and witches of falsehood miserably failed and on the other hand caravans of political stability, economic sustainability and societal sensitivity won the hearts and souls of the common people who freely exercised their electoral rights and voted for more socio-economic prosperity, continuation of structural reform, wellbeing of common people, social development, overhauling of governance, judicial transformation and last but not least re-balancing of administrative and electoral powers in the political system. In summary the most recently presidential election further “Progressed” towards “Liberalized Democracy” creating modern Social Equilibrium” and protecting of human rights, provision of basic necessities of life, wellbeing of common people through the stability and sustainability of the socio-economic prosperity.
