In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Chairman of Islami Tanzeem-e-Azadi, Abdul Samad Inqalabi, has urged the UN Secretary General, Antonio Guterres, to play his role in resolving the Kashmir dispute in accordance with the relevant UN resolutions and Kashmiris’ aspirations.

According to Kashmir Media Service, Abdul Samad Inqalabi in a statement issued in Srinagar said India and Israel are committing genocide of Kashmiris and Palestinians in a planned manner.

He said that it is incumbent upon the UN chief to stop the massacre of Kashmiris and Palestinians who are fighting for their rights.

Samad Inqilabi expressed grief over the demise of senior journalist and resident editor of daily Srinagar News, Gulzar Ahmed Butt.

He prayed for the elevation of the status of the deceased and patience for the bereaved family.—INP
