Two arrested for involvement in illegal business of currency exchange

Federal Investigation Agency Commercial Bank Circles (FIA-CBC) has arrested two persons from Rawalpindi for their alleged involvement in illegal business of currency exchange.

During campaign against illegal currency exchange business, FIA CBC team conducted a raid at Raja Traders Raja Bazaar Rawalpindi and arrested two persons for running illegal business of currency exchange without license by State Bank of Pakistan.

The nabbed persons have been identified as Hamza Sohail Ghori (owner) and Amad Mehmood (cashier) while Pakistani and foreign currencies valuing Rs25 million have been recovered from them.—APP
