LAHORE – Two young brothers, who were injured in a car accident at Cavalry Ground a few days ago, have succumbed to their injuries in the hospital.

Police said 20-year-old NoorulHassan and 18-year-old Mahmoodul Hassan were injured when they were hit by a speeding car on October 21 while they were crossing the road.

Both brothers had arrived in Lahore from Sheikhupura for recruitment in the army.

Rescue officials had shifted them to the hospital, where they battled for their lives for 10 days before passing away.

The police also stated that the driver of the car has been identified as Isha Rizwan, and raids are being conducted to apprehend her.
