Transporters’ proposals will be forwarded to CM: Awais

Sindh Minister for Transport Awais Shah has said that the ban on public and inter-provincial transport has been imposed for the benefit of the transporters and the public.
Awais Shah was talking to media outside Sindh Assembly after a meeting with delegation of transporters who called on him on Tuesday. He said that the Chief Minister would also present the transporters’ package for Sindh. The meeting was called to find out what the SOP should be.
Sindh Minister for Transport Awais Shah said the virus is very dangerous. We have to be careful, the cases are increasing daily, Stay in urban homes, follow the Sindh government’s advisory.
The government is with the transporters and understand their concerns.,
Karachi Transporters Ittehad Regional Secretary Nazar Hussain Shahani, Transport Ittehad President Irshad Bukhari and Goods Transporters representative Nisar Jafri and other transport organisations were present in the meeting held to ponder whether or not to open public transport in the province.
The transporters associations prsented their suggestions to the Sindh government. During the meeting, Transport Ittehad President Irshad Bukhari praised the Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah, saying that the CM Murad saved everyone by locking down first the Sindh province in the country.
