A local court in Islamabad has ordered the registration of a case against a girl and her accomplices for filing a false case of her rape on Trail 3, while it released the arrested accused on bail. Judge Adnan Rasool of Islamabad District and Sessions Court heard the case on Wednesday and accepted the bail application of accused Noman Razzaq against the surety bond of Rs5,000. Sidra, the girl who filed a false case of rape, confessed to the fraud in her statement which she had recorded before the court on Tuesday. She said that she agreed to bring the rape charges against the man in exchange for Rs150,000 and had taken an advance of Rs10,000.
In the light of the girl’s confession, the court approved the bail of the accused and ordered to register a case against Sidra and her accomplices who filed a false case of rape. In their investigation report, police have already declared the case as false.
