Continuing with the arrest spree, Indian troops rounded up three Kashmiri youth in Pulwama district, today.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the youth were detained during a cordon and search operation in Panzu and Gamiraj areas of the district. “Three suspected persons along with arms were arrested on Tuesday in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district”, army officials said.
The operation was jointly conducted by the personnel of Indian army and police. In order to justify the arrests, the troops claimed to have recovered “two pistols” from their possession.—KMS
