Governor Sindh, Kamran Khan Tessori described the sports week organized by DMC East at KMC PIB Ground as exemplary and said that Administrator Syed Shakeel Ahmed is organizing great events with development works in District East. He said that one day All the students who are present will be a guest in the Governor’s House in which you will also be given a tour of the entire Governor’s House.
Governor Sindh expressed these views while addressing the closing ceremony of Sports Week as chief guest.He thanked the children for the warm welcome and said that ever since I became the Governor of Sindh, today’s program was the most enjoyable, seeing various games reminded of the school era, since the arrival of Syed Shakeel Ahmed, the development works has accelerated in the District East also healthy events are being organized, which is commendable.
In this era of internet children and youth will have to go to the grounds for their health, while the internet is beneficial, it has also affected health, working to developed parks and grounds and trying to keep sports activities happening throughout the year, Karachi Games are going to be held in the month of March in which 42 sports competitions will be held.
On this occasion, Administrator Syed Shakeel Ahmed thanked the Governor Sindh for the encouragement and said that due to his encouragement, healthy activities are being promoted along with improving the district East via development works.Municipal Commissioner Faheem Khan said on the occasion that the Education Department has organized the best sports event in which the arrival of Governor Sindh has given adorn it.In the closing ceremony, governor Sindh presented honorary shields to the administrator, municipal commissioner and distributed prizes and trophies to the successful players.
The closing ceremony was attended by former MNA Abdul Qadir Khanzada, Members of Provincial Assembly Ms. Rana, Ghulam Jilani and others, along with Focal Person Imtiaz Bhutto, Superintending Engineer Mubeen Sheikh, Directors Sher Ali, Shakeel Memon, Zafar Iqbal, Dr. Asif, Shamsul Hassan, Irshad Ali and In-charge Debris Removal Rao Shamshad.
