‘Sindh govt use police force for achievement of personal goals’

The Central Vice President Pakistan PTI Leader of the Opposition in Sindh, Haleem Adil Sheikh reached on Tuesday Laalu Raink town of Kambar-Shahdadkot district to condole with the family of slain PTI leader Rana Sakhawat Rajput.

He was accompanied with PTI Leaders Haji Nisar Arain Central Joint Secretary, Samiullah Abro President of Larkana, Sardar Ali Hakro President Kambar-Shahdadkot, Muhammad Ali Shah President Jamshoro, Dr Masroor Sial President Malir, Gohar Khattak President Korangi,  Arsalan Brohi President Thatta, Agha Mulabakhsh Pathan President Shikarpur, Imran Qureshi President Hyderabad,  Aminullah Musakhel General Secretary Hyderabad Region, Pir Murtaza Shah Jilani, GS Jamshoro, Bhagwan Das Bheel, Deputy General Secretary Minority Wing and other PTI leaders and workers.

Speaking to media along with family members of deceased Sakhawat Rajput, Haleem Adil said that Sakhawat Rajput was a close companion of PM Khan and founding member of PTI. A delegation consisting people from all over the Sindh reached here to offer condolence to the bereaved family of Sakhawat Rajput.

Sakhawat Rajput was a loud and effective voice of PTI in far flung area of Kambar-Shahdadkot was assassinated in broad day light and assailants escaped from the scene, he said.

 

He said that It was a political issue and a heinous incident of target killing but some elements were attempting to portray it as an ethnically motivated hate crime. He said that Sindh government was using police force for achievement of personal goals and police has been politicized and it was unable to apprehend even well identified murderers.

Haleem Adil Shaikh said that PPP government had ransacked Sindh and in a bid to hide their failure, bad governance and corruption Syed Murad Ali Shah was propagating hatred in the province by playing Sindh card as he was terming every move and action by federal government as an attack on Sindh.

He also said that Sindh was land of peace loving Sufis and its people were patriotic, while hatred and ethnically divisive sentiments did not exist in Sindh but Murad Ali Shah was deteriorating the law and order by fanning the linguistic differences.

Irresponsible statements and divisive narrative of Murad Ali Shah is more dangerous than seven points of Sheikh Mujeeb, he said and added that it does not represent vision of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto and policy of her party.

Haleem Adil said that Murad Shah visited the area on Monday where a sad incident of terrorism took place but he did not come to condole with the victim family nor the Shah bothered to condole with the family of murdered Fahmida Sial.

Haleem Adil Shaikh appealed Chief Justice of Pakistan to take notice of the inhuman crimes and also demanded that culprits involved in heinous crimes of murders be brought to book at the earliest.

The Central Vice President Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and Leader of the Opposition in Sindh, Haleem Adil Sheikh  said that PTI staged a protest demonstration in front of IG Police office,  while voice was raised against atrocities being carried out in Larkana and killing of innocent people, Haleem added and said adding that he brought message of Imran Khan to the people of Kambar-Shahdadkot district.
