In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the State Investigation Agency (SIA) has filed a chargesheet in a National Investigation Agency (NIA) court in Srinagar against a digital magazine editor and a PhD scholar in a false case.
Indian police arrested Prominent Kashmiri journalist Fahad Shah on February 04 under black law, Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) on the charges of publishing anti-India content.
Similarly, the police on April 17 arrested a PhD scholar of the University of Kashmir, Abdul Aala Fazili, who is also a journalist, for writing an article in an online magazine.—KMS
