The total liquid foreign reserves held by the country stood at $ 15.629 billion on 23August2019. Foreign reserves held by the State Bank of Pakistan stood at $ 8.271 billion. Net foreign reserves held by commercial banks $ 7.358 billion. SBP’s reserves increased by $ 32 million to $ 8.271 billion during the week ending August 23.
