In a powerful display of unity and discontent, members of the Sindhi Adbi Sangat (SAS) took to the streets to protest against the deteriorating law and order situation in Sindh. The protest, which was ignited by the tragic killing of Fatima Phururo and the kidnappings of Pirya Kumari, Notan Lal, and Irfan Maseeh, saw the active participation of prominent SAS members and called for the expulsion of Afghan nationals from Pakistan, who they held responsible for various acts of terrorism.

Ramzan Memon, the Information Secretary of SAS, led the demonstration alongside several other influential figures, including Dr. Marou Khushik, Anwar Shah, Aziz Palijo, Akram Maganhar, Lal Bux Katiyar, Tania Aziz, and many more.

The protesters delivered a resounding plea to authorities, urging them to address the pressing issue of illegal Afghan citizens residing in Sindh. They argued that the presence of these individuals was adversely affecting the livelihoods and security of the local population. Additionally, the demonstrators expressed profound sadness over the abductions for ransom and the tragic death of Fatima Phururo.

The protest highlighted the growing frustration among the residents of Sindh over the escalating lawlessness and insecurity in the region, with a particular focus on the perceived role of Afghan nationals in these issues. The SAS members vowed to continue their peaceful demonstrations until their concerns were addressed by the authorities.
