Rotary International District 3272 marked the 76th Anniversary of Pakistan in a remarkable event that brought together Rotarians, Rotractors, Interactors, and members of civil society. The event, held at the prestigious educational institution TMUC Islamabad, aimed to enhance Rotary’s public image and raise awareness for the eradication of polio in the country.
The commemorative event began with a heartfelt tree planting ceremony, symbolizing Rotary’s commitment to environmental sustainability and its role in safeguarding Mother Earth from climate hazards. Led by the Interact Club of Islamabad Metropolitan’s President and her team, trees were planted with a resolute mission to contribute to a greener future for Pakistan.
Following the tree planting, the event continued with a spirited flag hoisting ceremony that showcased the unity and strength of the Rotary community.
