Senior Member Board of Revenue Punjab Babar Hayat Tarar has said that the traditional system has been changed by conducting Revenue Awami Service (RAS) and through this public issues are being resolved on priority.
He said this while chairing a meeting in Attock. Deputy Commissioner Attock Muhammad Naeem Sindhu, Additional Deputy Commissioner Revenue Dr. Waqar Ali Khan and other officers were also present on the occasion. Member Revenue Babar Hayat said these Revenue Awami Service meetings are attended by Deputy Commissioners, District Collectors, Additional Deputy Commissioners Revenue, Assistant Commissioners Tehsildar, Sub-Registrar, Lawyer, Patwari and Staff Land Record Centers. He said that for public convenience correction in record, issuance of Fard , registration of transfers, registry, income certificate, inspection record, issuance of domicile and other matters related to revenue are resolved on the spot.— Raza Naqvi
