Member National Assembly (MNA) of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Alamgir Khan has announced a sit-in before the Sindh Chief Minister’s House. He held a protest demonstration in front of the CM’s House and put five demands before the Sindh government. He also gave an ultimatum of seven days to fulfill his all five demands including cleaning of rain drains on immediate bases.
The PTI MNA strongly criticized the government over the recent Sher Shah tragedy.Talking to media, Alamgir Khan said the rain drains have become time bombs due to lack of cleaning on regular basis.
Alamgir Khan said that SEPA law is that factories should have treatment plants. “And until our demands are met, we will continue our sit-in here. I am talking about human rights.
This is our constitutional, legal, and democratic right. This is not an election campaign. I am not here because of what happened to me.
He should not be with anyone else, and I have been working on the same issues for the last five years. This is an ultimatum from me to the 7th day of the government of Sindh which must be acted upon, otherwise I will sit as a citizen. I have the right,” he said.
