A large number of the villagers belonging to village Ali Nawaz Jokhio, staged a protest demonstrations outside the Thatta press Club against non provision of gas facility to the village.
The protesters were led by villagers leaders including Imran Jokhio, shafeeq Jokhio, Advocate Sarwar Palijo were taken out from Makli and later culminated outside Thatta press Club.
The speakers strongly condemned the act of elected figures for not taking efforts to resolve their gas connection issue, said despite of being close thier village to the pipeline of gas has been deprived of facility and they (villagers) are compelled to use woods to prepare food. They demanded of the higher authorities to provide gas connection, otherwise they said would enlarge their protesting circle.
