A poverty-stricken man committed suicide after killing his two daughters in Rajgarh area of Lahore on Wednesday. Police say both daughters of 67-year-old Muhammad Zia, 34-year-old Sadia and 30-year-old Aqsa, whom he stabbed to death, were mentally and physically handicapped. SHO Sanda added after having killed them, he also injured himself with a knife. “He was shifted to a hospital but he succumbed to his injuries,” he explained. SP Iqbal Town said further investigation was underway while the bodies had been shifted to a mortuary. Chunian daughters Two daughters of a labourer in Chunian are suffering from a mysterious disease.
He said how can he afford their medical treatment as he lives in a rented house. Parents of both the girls have appealed to the prime minister and the chief minister for help.
