The working president of Congress chapter in occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Raman Bhalla, has said that the people will teach a lesson to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in upcoming parliamentary elections.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Raman Bhalla addressing a public rally at Gho Manhasan in Marh block, Jammu, said that people of occupied Jammu and Kashmir are also eagerly awaiting for the opportunity to teach BJP and its allies a lesson for letting them down and not fulfilling promises made with them.
He expressed concern over the exploitation of local resources and emphasized the need for fighting for both land and jobs protection, as well as the restoration of statehood. He strongly asserted that the people of Kashmir cannot tolerate external entities seizing control of local land and job opportunities..
He promised to fight for these issues in parliament and ensure the voices of the people are heard. He reiterated Congress’s commitment to fostering growth and prosperity in IIOJK.—KMS
