Pakistan day was celebrated on 23rd March 2023 at the Pakistan Embassy Stockholm with zeal and fervor. The event was attended by Pakistani community members from all walks of life. The celebrations started with the flag hoisting ceremony.
Speaking on the occasion, Ambassador Zahoor Ahmed congratulated all Pakistanis on Pakistan day. He underlined the importance of the day and thanked all the guests to be a part of the celebration. He said that the gathering represented a cross section of the Pakistani Swedish community with members of the Christian Pakistani community, students, authors, professionals, businessmen and teachers being present. The Ambassador added that these people were contributing to the economies of both countries and were a symbol of our long-standing ties.
