Of true leadership
WHEN a true leader steps up, the effects are undeniable. The longing for a leader who can put an end to the troubles of the destitute hits close to home for those struggling to take care of their loved ones. Leaders have been hope-bringers, breaking the chains of suffering and hurt that affect the oppressed. People often wonder if the wealthy need a leader. Even though their needs are distinct, they still require a leader to guard their riches. On the other hand, the impoverished need a leader who commits life to improve the lives of the people without any personal gain. A true leader never spares a moment when it comes to helping people. The ultimate mission is to alter lives and this requires a great deal of sacrifice. Through these sacrifices, leaders’ true character is revealed, affirming their role as a representative of their people.
Leaders are always willing to give up anything to secure the welfare of their nation’s youth and elderly. They give their people a top priority and treat them like family. A leader won’t be content until the people of the state are taken care of. True leaders consider all citizens to be their children and are willing to risk their own lives to ensure their rights are protected. The success of their citizens reflects their real wealth. These leaders feel fear when it comes to being held accountable to a higher authority and as a result, willingly accept being looked into and answerable to those they represent. A true leader wears the same modest clothing as the least fortunate. They remain loyal to their country during challenging times and their dwellings show the struggles and tales of their compatriots.
When a true leader arrives, the sun rises and brings the hope of success for everyone and the moon serves as a reminder of the consequences for those who intend to hurt the country. No hatred is harboured by a genuine leader, even for the enemies. True leaders bring the country together on the same page, getting rid of all the problems in society. For a true leader, justice is steadfast and unyielding. No matter how close to the leader someone is, there can be no pardon for those who break the law. A true leader doesn’t hold back in search of justice, even if it means taking action against the closest allies. When a true leader comes to power, a feeling of serenity takes hold and the idea of justice and impartiality flourishes at all times. An honest leader creates a nation of harmony, where people exist side by side in peace and solidarity.
Rather than collecting wealth for the sake of one’s children, a genuine leader does it to benefit all of the nation’s children. Such leaders advocate forgiveness for their opponents and their ultimate goal remains the prosperity and fortune of their nation. True leaders bring a sense of safety to women and children in their nation. The abusers of women and children are compelled to contemplate their actions, fearing the unimaginable punishment that awaits them. For a true leader, women and children are like family and their honour is held above all else. A nation’s poverty gives way to prosperity when a genuine leader appears to save its people. When a true leader departs, the country grieves in pain and anguish. Throughout history, nations that have attained greatness have been fortunate enough to have found genuine leaders.
Without a leader, a country becomes split, tangible evidence of destruction and misery. Poverty turns out to be the norm and the underprivileged go through a life of pain, simply waiting for death instead of chasing happiness. In the absence of a legitimate leader, a nation’s children live as unfortunate beings, with no one to foster their dreams for a better future. Such a country becomes dependent on the world, relying on the generosity of foreign donors to meet its basic needs. To the global community, a nation without a true leader is not highly regarded. The citizens of such a state long for better alternatives other than their motherland, dreaming of a life characterized by peace and abundance.
A nation without true leadership disintegrates, embroiled in undesired internal struggle paves the route to destruction and collapse. Politics devolves into a business, with the impoverished masses ruled by an elite group who prioritize personal gain over national interest. When a nation does not have a ruler, its fate becomes unpredictable, leaving it open to foreign machinations. A true leader safeguards the nation against these threats, but it is only through the presence of a genuine leader that this protection can be ensured. Leaders who fail to do so, who manipulate emotions with hollow slogans, are not leaders but opportunists driven by self-interest. Impostor leaders depend on the assistance of hereditary lords and plutocrats to keep their authority. The annals of history are crammed with accounts of both genuine and fake leaders. Nations that fail to explore their historical records are ill-equipped to identify the traits of a genuine leader.
Nations make choices that carry consequences. When countries pick out pillagers pretending to be leaders, it is nearly impossible to make up for the losses brought upon them. Though, when states recognize their authentic rulers, they open themselves to numerous possibilities that lead to immeasurable honour and prosperity. When a leader arrives, the destiny of a nation basks in the warmth of happy days. Yet, a leader can only emerge when the people of a nation become discerning enough to differentiate between a true leader and an opportunist. Great nations achieve greatness when a ruler arises, but when that ruler leaves, the country becomes exposed to those who take the opportunity to advance their interests. The significance of leadership cannot be overstated and it is through the presence of a true leader that nations can forge a path toward a brighter future.
