Murad supports IoK Muslims CM, Governor visit Quaid’s Mausoleum

Chief Minister of Sindh, Syed Murad Ali Shah on Wednesday expressed his solidarity with the Indian muslims protesting against discriminatory laws in their country and he also announced absolute support for Muslims in Indian occupied Kashmir.
Talking to media personnel, following his visit to the Mazar e Quaid e Azam, he said the emerging situation in Bharat establishes that the Father of Nation had more than 70 years ago, well realized the fate of muslims and other minor communities in united India.
Syed Murad Ali Shah said it was important on part of the countrymen to ensure unity in their ranks and work for a strong Pakistan so as to equally ensure interest of the down trodden were duly protected and needed psychological support was also provided to all.
CM Murad Ali Shah said on Wednesday said he was not informed regarding the visit of the premier and it is his responsibility as chief minister to welcome PM upon his arrival.
The CM Sindh was talking to journalists while visiting Quaid-e-Azam mausoleum along with Governor Sindh Imran Ismail.
Governor Sindh said that Prime Minister Imran Khan will be visiting Karachi on December 27 and the premier is willing to meet Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah.
Governor Imran Ismail, while addressing media alongside CM Murad Ali Shah said a positive meeting of Council of Common Interests (CCI) held with PM Imran Khan in Islamabad.
He expressed hopes that Sindh CM will coordinate Centre for development projects. Ismail said it could be a difference of opinion among Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) but both parties want prosperity and development in the country.
The governor said PM is arriving in Karachi on December 27 and willing to meet the chief minister. Shah complained that he was apprised regarding the visit earlier but not now. He urged to follow the procedure to formally inform him regarding the premier’s arrival in the provincial capital adding that it is likely that he will not be able to meet premier as he will be attending his party rally in Rawalpindi at Liaqatbagh.
The CM and Governor both condemned India’s continued barbaric activities against Kashmiris in the occupied Jammu and Kashmir. The governor urged the media to highlight the vision of Quaid-e-Azam and the state of Indian Muslims.—INP
