In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Indian Border Security Force (BSF) has de-ployed its additional forces along the Line of Con-trol (LoC) and Working Boundary (WB).

According to Kashmir Media Service, the aim of more deployment of Indian forces in Jammu, Samba and Kathua district areas is to create fear among the people living long the LoC and to restrict activities of the Kashmiri people.

Deployment of additional troops along the LoC and Working Boundary areas is also part of the winter management strategy, Indian officials told media men.

A BSF official said, “More BSF personnel have been deployed in the RS Pura sector of Jammu due to foggy weather conditions in winters.”

The Indian BSF is also equipped with the latest night vision cameras, which help them keep an eye on the area of manual patrolling.—KMS
