In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Narendra Modi-led Indian government seems to be in a hurry to change the demography of the territory, particularly Jammu region, to restrict Muslim seats through delimitation commission, set up by New Delhi for fixing Assembly and Parliamentary seats on the basis of population in the territory.
To actualize the Modi’s dream, Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, Sanjeev Verma has asked the Deputy Commissioners of Jammu region to expedite the process of issuance of domicile certificates in their respective districts in the region.
He issued the directions while chairing a meeting convened to review the progress in the issuance of domicile certificates in the districts.
The Deputy Commissioners apprised him about the certificates issued so for in their respective districts. Sanjeev Verma was informed that process of issuance of domicile certificates is in full swing in all the districts of the Jammu region.—KMS
