Justice MaqboolBaqar (Retd) has emerged as the frontrunner to become the next Sindh Governor. According to sources privy to the matter, MaqboolBaqar, who has served as the caretaker chief minister of Sindh, is the strongest candidate to succeed current Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori.
