Pakistan People’s Party Sindh President Nisar Khuhro has said that It was difficult to hold LB elections until the list is available as it is vital for constituencies.
“Administrators will be appointed until the elections.” He said one and a half hundred workers from PTI are joining PPP. There are many reasons why people are joining the PPP.
Adviser to Sindh CM Waqar Mehdi was also present at the press conference held on Sunday Khuhro said people of Sindh donated ten billion rupees for Diamer-Bhasha Dam. “Now the federal government is imposing extortion in the name of donations.” He said, “When we were in power, the dollar was ninety, now it is one hundred and seventy rupees. People are being skinned to get out of debt. The PPP viewed that people have named Imran Khan ‘U-turn Khan.’ He makes promises and goes back on them. “He who breaks his promise is a deceiver.”
He stressed that true leader was the one (Benazir Bhutto) who said she would come and arrived in country in adverse situation. “Local government ends on August 28. The first local government was broken in Punjab.
Those who say give power to local government are doing otherwise in Punjab.” He said the census list should have come before the Local Bodies’ elections. In two years, NADRA has not yet finalized the census list. If the census is not transparent, zoning cannot take place.
