Kemari District Anti-Street Crime Cell conducted a late-night raid in Jehanabad, targeting a drug den and arresting the infamous drug dealer Abid Khan Niazi alongside four accomplices. The operation was led by Sub-Inspector Raja Khalid with a heavy police contingent cordoning off the area, according to SSP Kemari Captain (R) Faizan Ali.

The raid resulted in the recovery of over three kilograms of hashish, 200 grams of ice, and 10 stolen or snatched mobile phones. The arrested individuals include Abid Khan Niazi, Kashif, Arsalan, Farhan, and Shah Rukh. Abid Khan Niazi was listed in the “A” category of wanted drug dealers and was a fugitive in multiple cases registered at the Pak Colony police station. The group was engaged in drug trafficking across Jehanabad and adjacent areas, supplying narcotics to addicts in exchange for stolen mobile phones and motorcycles. Cases have been registered against the suspects at the Pak Colony police station, and further investigations are underway.
