The Sindh government has removed Nasir Abbas Soomro from the post of DG KDA and posted senior officer Asif Ali Memon in his place.

Meanwhile, administrators have started to return in districts and additional charge has been withdrawn from deputy commissioners.The Secretary Local Government Board has appointed Administrators in Korangi, West and Central

Muhammad Ali Zaidi has been appointed as administrator in Korangi; Nazish Raza Zaidi appointed Administrator in District West and Muhammad Fahim Khan as Administrator in Central.
