Leaders of All Parties Hurriyat Conference Azad Jammu and Kashmir chapter have strongly condemned the con-fiscation of the All Parties Hurriyat Conference head office in Srinagar by the Modi regime on a so-called court order in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
APHC-AJK leaders Ghulam Muhammad Safi, Syed Faiz Naqshbandi, Syed Yousuf Naseem, Mir Tahir Masood, Sheikh Muhammad Yaqoob, Nisar Mirza, Advocate Parvez Ahmed, Mushtaq Ahmad Butt, Muhammad Sultan Butt, Gulshan Ahmed, Javed Iqbal Butt, Mohammad Ashraf Dar and Zahid Safi in a joint statement issued in Islamabad said that the Kashmiri people will resist the illegal occupation of India and the Hindutva agenda of the RSS and BJP in IIOJK.
They urged the United Nations to stop the Modi regime from undertaking such cruel and undemocratic actions.
Meanwhile, the convener of APHC-AJK, Mahmood Ahmad Saghar in a statement condemned the suicide attack by terrorists on the mosque in Police Lines Peshawar. Expressing deep grief and sorrow over the loss of precious human lives, he said that the attack is the worst example of brutality. He said terrorists cannot weaken the morale of the peace-loving people of Pakistan by such cowardly acts. Mehmood Saghar said those who take innocent lives are enemies of Islam and humanity. He also prayed for the high status of the martyrs and the speedy recovery of all the injured.
Senior leader of APHC-AJK, Muhammad Farooq Rehmani, in a statement also condemned the terrorist attack and expressed great concern over the killings. He expressed deep sympathies with the families of the martyred and injured citizens of Peshawar in this brutal suicide attack.—KMS
