Karachi Weather Update Port City To Receive More Rains Amid Low Pressure In Arabian Sea

Sindh capital Karachi will receive more rains in the coming days as Met Office issued rainfall alert due to a low-pressure system forming in Arabian Sea.

On Saturday, the Met Office shared predictions about hot and dry weather in the southeastern region while rain-wind along with thunderstorms will hit coastal areas.

Karachi, Badin, Thatta, Sajawal, Hyderabad, Tharparkar, Nagarparkar, and several other areas will receive rains on Sunday and Monday.

Karachi Weather Update Port City To Receive More Rains Amid Low Pressure In Arabian Sea

The port city saw a heat wave in mid-October with the mercury reaching upto 39°C. Humidity remains around 50pc while low-pressure system around 900-1000 km southeast of Pakistan coast.

PMD predicted the new system to develop into depression over the next two to three days, initially moving northwest.
