Japan provides $ 89,283 grant to ARTS Foundation

The Government of Japan extended a grant of US$ 89,283 to Advocacy, Research, Training and Services (ARTS) Foundationfor “The Project for Constructing ARTS Vocational Training Center in Mirpurkhas” under the scheme of Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Projects (GGP). The project was signed between the Consul-General of Japan, Mr. Toshikazu Isomura and the Chairperson of ARTS Foundation, Ms. Shamim Akhtar.
This specific grant shall be utilized for the construction of a vocational training schoolin Mirpurkhas. Four classrooms will be constructed for the sole purpose of vocational training in beautician, dress-making, computer interface technology (CIT) and technical solar panel. Speaking at the occasion, Mr. Isomura said that providing vocational education.
