Issuance of domicile certificates to non-locals in IOK denounced

In occupied Kashmir, the Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Pir Panjal Peace Foundation (JKPPPF), Muhammad Hanif Kalas, has denounced issuance of domicile certificates to Indian citizens.
Muhammad Hanif Kalas in a statement issued in Jammu deplored that the Indian government, under the new coercive law, has started issuing domicile certificates to non-state subjects.
He said that the move was violation of international law and was aimed at turning the Muslim majority of the territory into a minority.
Hanif Kalas strongly condemned the Indian move and called upon the international community, in general, and the United Nations, in particular, to intervene immediately and stop the Indian government from its illegal actions in the occupied territory.
He condemning the issuance of the certificates to non-locals and demanded of the BJP government to immediate withdraw the illegal law. He also called for resolving the Kashmir dispute by granting the right to self-dete.—KMS
