IESCO is conducting open Katcharies in all five operation circles every Saturday. Chief Executive IESCO is personally monitoring these open Katcharies.
According to IESCO spokesman on 23 November 2019, SE IESCO Islamabad Circle will conduct open katchary at Bhara Kahu(Urban) Sub Divison (Bhara Kahu Division) at 10 AM, SE Rawalpindi at IESCO Seham Sub Divison (Westridge Division) at 10 AM, SE Attock Circle at Basal Sub Division (Pindi Gheb Division) at 10:30 AM, SE jhelum Circle at Bewal Sub Divison (Gujar Khan Division) at 10 AM and SE Chakwal Circle at Choa Syedan Shah Sub Division (PD Khan Division) at 10 AM.
IESCO valued customers are requested to participate in open katcharies for immediate solution of their complaints. Customers can also registered their complaints on IESCO help line 118 for immediate solution of their complaints.
