Ministry of Defense of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan said that they have started delivering wheat to 13 provinces out of 34 based on the direction of Prime Minister Muhammad Hassan Akhund.
The delivery that is conducted by trucks of the Ministry of Defense has already been completed to two provinces.
Statement of the Ministry of Defense did not say where the wheat is coming but earlier, Pakistan had sent 18 tonnes of wheat to Afghanistan.
It is worth mentioning that India is also willing to send Afghanistan 50,000 tons of wheat to Afghanistan that will come through Iran.
