Sindh Governor Muhammad Kamran Khan Tessori extended an invitation to French investors to invest in the province, assuring them of full support through the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) project. Addressing a ceremony marking France’s National Day, he highlighted the promising opportunities in agriculture, education, healthcare, infrastructure development, and other sectors where investments can yield immediate results.
Upon his arrival at the event, Governor Tessori was warmly received by French Consul General Alexis Chahtahtinsky and his staff. The governor presented a bouquet to the Consul General in celebration of France’s Independence Day.
In his speech, Governor Tessori congratulated the French people on their national day and emphasized the importance of effective diplomacy in safeguarding mutual interests.
He affirmed that the SIFC project would provide all possible assistance and support to French investors. French Consul General Chahtahtinsky also addressed the gathering, noting the enduring diplomatic relations between France and Pakistan since the latter’s inception.
He remarked that these ties have strengthened over time. Later, speaking to the media, Governor Tessori acknowledged the growing trade between the two nations, a sentiment echoed by the French Consul General during the event, describing it as a positive development.
