ISLAMABAD – Gold rates in Pakistan registered slight decrease on Monday, the opening day of the new business week, amid downward trend in the international market.
According to Sarafa Association, per tola gold price dropped by Rs500 to reach Rs275,500 whereas the price of 10-gram dipped by Rs428 to settle at Rs236,197.
The price of the yellow metal in the international market also plunged by $4 to settle at $2,653 per ounce.

On Saturday, the bullion rate moved up by Rs700 to close at Rs276,000 while the price of 10-gram increased by Rs601 to drop to Rs236,625.
