ISLAMABAD – Gold prices in Pakistan plunged on Thursday in line with downward trend in the international market.
According to Sarfa Association, per tola gold price dropped by Rs300 to settle at Rs257,400, whereas, the price of 10-gram decreased by Rs256 to reach Rs220,680.
The yellow commodity shed $4 in the international market to drop to $2,454 amid decline in its demand.

Meanwhile, silver prices in Pakistan remained unchanged at Rs2,850 per tola and Rs2,443.41 per 10-graim.
During previous trading session, gold prices in Pakistan remained stable despite rising global prices.
According to Sarafa Association, per tola gold was traded at Rs256,500 without any change while the price of 10-gram stood at Rs219,907.
