ISLAMABAD – Gold rates in Pakistan saw huge drop on Thursday in line with massive plunge in international rates, with current price hovering at Rs266,400.
Data shared by Sarafa Association shows yellow metal rates coming down by Rs5,500. Price of 10 grams of gold saw a reduction of Rs4,716, settling at Rs228,395. The major tweak comes after slight increase in gold prices a day back, when the cost per tola rose by Rs1,400.

In International market, the price of yellow metal saw a decline, with the price falling to $2,552 per ounce, plus a premium of $20. This marked a decrease of $55 compared to the previous day’s rates.
