GET’s Imran honored with All Pakistan Sir Syed award

Ghazali Education Trust (GET) senior manager Muhammad Imran Khalil honored with the All Pakistan Sir Syed Award for his 20 years of service to education. Imran Khalil started his professional carrier 20 years before, as the Principal of Ghazali School in Gujranwala. He adopted the vision & mission of Ghazali Education Trust and determination to give education to the every child of villages.

Today Imran Khalil has been promoted from the position of Principal to the Head of Resource Mobilizationof a major department at the GET’s head office. During the performance of his professional duties, Imran Khalil also handled the duties of liaison with donor agencies from home and abroad for the educational support of orphans and deserving children studying in 700 schools of Ghazali Education Trust and collected funds for the support of orphan, needy and poor students.

He played an important role in arranging for their uniforms, books, copies, stationery items, scholarships as well as increasing the number of Ghazali schools in the villages and bringing a large number of out-of-school children to the schools. Muhammad Imran Khalil was also nominated for the presidential award two years ago for the same educational services.

Muhammad Imran Khalil has also visited different countries on the invitation of donor agencies with the dream of giving education to every child in Pakistan. Imran Khalil was honored with the All Pakistan Sir Syed Award in a ceremony organized by a private organization and Punjab Education Department in consideration of his educational services.
