Foreign Minister Makhdoom Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Syed Shibli Faraz and distinguished scholar Dr. Ghazanfar Mehdi Chairman Daira expressed deep sorrow and grief over the demise of Ghulam Nabi Bakhtawari, father of eminent intellectual and ex-President ICCI Zafar Bakhtawari.
While expressing heartfelt condolences, they prayed for the forgiveness of the deceased and patience for the bereaved family.
Meanwhile, Preston University Chancellor Prof. Dr. Abdul Basit, Secretary General of Anjuman-e-Tarikh wa Archeology Pakistan Prof. Dr. Riaz Ahmed and President of Tehreek-e-Takmeel-e-Pakistan Raja Mujahid Afsar visited Zafar Bakhtawari’s residence where he offered Fateha for the forgiveness of his father.—INP
