Caretaker Provincial Minister of Information, Minority Affairs, Social Protection, and President Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi Muhammad Ahmed Shah held a significant meeting with the Federal Minister of Information, Murtaza Solangi.
The discussions encompassed a comprehensive review of the nation’s overall political situation, fostering close collaboration between the Sindh government and the federal government, meticulous arrangements for the upcoming elections, provision of optimal facilities for journalists, and exchange of views on other relevant matters. During the meeting, the Provincial Minister of Information briefed the Federal Minister about the detailed arrangements for holding elections in the province. Muhammad Ahmed Shah emphasized that necessary funds have been allocated for the upcoming general elections, and all essential measures are being taken to maintain a peaceful law and order situation.
He assured full support for the seamless conduct of the elections. In acknowledging these efforts, Federal Minister of Information Murtaza Solangi expressed appreciation and affirmed his confidence in the collaborative measures being undertaken for peaceful and transparent elections in Sindh.
