DrNaik critiques anti-Islam propaganda in media

During an event at the Sindh Governor House, renowned Islamic speaker Dr. ZakirNaik addressed the challenges posed by anti-Islam propaganda in the media, emphasizing the influence of contemporary media as a powerful tool. “The propaganda is being staged on foreign media against Islam. I feel that the media is the most dangerous key tool, contemporary,” he remarked. Dr. Naik shared that he visited Pakistan at the government’s invitation, expressing his desire to deliver lectures during his stay. “I had a wish of visiting Pakistan on a tour of delivering lectures,” he noted.

His presence and message resonated with many attendees, highlighting his commitment to addressing misconceptions about Islam. Sindh Governor Muhammad Kamran Khan Tessori, who also spoke at the event, acknowledged the importance of unity among different faiths and sects. “Today, the people belonging to all the religions, sects are present today.

I have always tried my level best to do something for the sake of the masses,” he stated. The Governor praised Dr. Naik’s contributions, saying, “The entire world acknowledges the contributions made by Dr. ZakirNaik.” He emphasized the significance of Sindh as a diverse region, remarking, “Sindh is the land of saints, while Karachi is an economic hub.” The event served as a platform for fostering interfaith dialogue and understanding, reflecting a collective effort to address the pressing issues facing the Muslim community in today’s world.
