Imran Ghazali, General Manager, Digital Media Wing, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting called on Governor Sindh Imran Ismail at Governor House. Member Provincial Assembly FirdousShamimNaqvi and Governor Sindh Focal Person for Digital Media MasoomSiddiqui were also present on the occasion. The meeting discussed the importance of providing authentic information to the people, including the federal government’s initiatives for the welfare of the people, various initiatives under the Ehsas program and their effective publicity. Imran Ismail on the occasion said that Ehsas program is an unparalleled program of social sector as this program started on the direction of Prime Minister Imran Khan has no precedent in the past. He said that special attention was being paid to provide facilities to all sections in various fields under Ehsas program. He said that the platform of Digital Pakistan would be effective for effective publicity of government initiatives and providing awareness to the people. He said that the establishment of Pakistan Citizen Portal was also an important step of the Prime Minister to identify the problems and through it the people were being provided their legitimate rights.
