LAHORE – WhatsApp, a widely used messaging platform owned by Meta, will not work on a range of android mobile phones from January 1,2025.

The older mobile phones with operating systems that are no longer eligible for updates will stop using WhatsApp.

The messaging app has took the decision in order to adapt to the latest technological advancements to ensure provision of better services to the users across the world, including Pakistan.

Theses android phones will not be able to install the upcoming updates to keep using the WhatsApp.
