In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the APHC General Secretary and Chairman of the Jammu and Kashmir Mass Movement, Molvi Bashir Ahmad Irfani has paid rich tributes to prominent Kashmir liberation movement leader, Raees-ul-Ahrar Chaudhry Ghulam Abbas on his death anni-versary.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Molvi Bashir Ahmad Irfani in a statement issued in Srina-gar described Chaudhry Ghulam Abbas a shining star of Kashmir’s freedom movement and said that Kashmir’s accession to Pakistan was his mission for which he struggled till the last breath of his life.
He said, Chaudhry Ghulam Abbas from the ear-liest days of his youth, worked tirelessly for free-dom of the Muslims of the subcontinent, especially the Kashmiris, from the oppression of the British and the Dogras and played an important role in the Kashmir freedom movement and remained commit-ted to this mission.
Molvi Bashir Ahmad Irfani reiterated the Kashmiris’ resolve to continue the Kashmiris’ free-dom struggle for right to self-determination till tak-ing it to its logical conclusion. The Kashmiris, he added, would never give up their struggle and would take it to its logical conclusion at all costs.—INP
