The Capital Development Authority has set up a central control room to deal with the grievances of citizens during lockdown and Eid holidays. The City Sewerage Department received more complaints from the control room.
According to details, on the special instructions of Capital Development Authority (CDA) Chairman Amir Ali Ahmed, a central control room has been set up exclusively to provide best facilities to the citizens of the federal capital during the lockdown and Eid-ul-Fitr holidays and to address their grievances. was done. The control room is active round the clock to provide services to the citizens.
The control room received a total of 60 complaints from the city from May 10 to May 15. Taking immediate action on the said complaints, the teams of the said departments rushed to the spot with manpower and machinery and the said issue was immediately resolved.
The control room received more than 14 complaints from City Sewerage Department. A total of 10 complaints were received from Water Supply Department, 14 from Street Lights, 6 from Emergency Disaster Management (E&DM), 8 from Sanitation Department and 3 from Road Maintenance Department.
Two complaints have been received from the Environment Department and one from the MPO Department. So far, the department has addressed 60 citizen complaints.
