Work of the administration of Capital Development Authority on Rawal Dam Chowk project is continued with full pace.
Chairman CDA has directed for completion of the project till October 2021 instead of December 2022.
This project will resolve the traffic issues at Rawal Dam chowk. The construction of under passes and flyovers at Rawal Dam Chowk will facilitate the road users of areas including Rawal Chowk, Faizabad, Shehzad Town, Bani Gala, Lehtrar road, and others. Construction work is going on in two shifts. 05 out of 10 columns have been completed.
The construction of other 05 is also underway. 18 graders have been completed. Work on Rawal Town and Rawal Chowk underpasses is continued so that both the underpasses could be completed at once. 50% wok of RCC walls of bridge has been completed. Construction of flyovers will be completed in November.
