CBD Punjab delegation spotlights investment prospects in Karachi

A delegation from the Central Business District Punjab (CBD Punjab) made a notable visit to Karachi, aiming to showcase the upcoming auction of prime commercial and residential plots in CBD Punjab, Nawaz Sharif IT City, and other key projects led by the authority. Led by COO Brigadier (R) Mansoor Janjua, the CBD delegation included Director of Business Development Ali Waqar Shah and Director of Architecture and Planning Sameer Aftab Sial.

Participating actively in a seminar organized by the Association of Builders and Developers of Pakistan (ABAD), the delegation joined esteemed guests including Governor Sindh Muhammad Kamran Khan Tessori, Patron in Chief ADAD Mohsin Sheikhani, Chairman of ABAD Asif Sam, Ibrahim Habib, Senior Vice Chairman of ABAD.

During the seminar, COO CBD Punjab, Brigadier (R) Mansoor Janjua, shed light on the upcoming auction, highlighting six plots, comprising three commercial and three residential plots, available in CBD Punjab. He emphasized the investment potential in CBD Punjab, citing its significant role in reshaping the urban and economic landscape of Pakistan. CBD Punjab, as the custodian of Nawaz Sharif IT City, has already conducted two extensive auctions, cementing its position as a pivotal player in Punjab’s development. Governor Sindh Kamran Tessori underscored the importance of the construction and IT sectors in bolstering Pakistan’s economy, urging legislative action to further support their growth. Brigadier (R) Mansoor Janjua, COO of CBD Punjab, expressed excitement about presenting these investment opportunities, inviting investors to participate in the transformative journey of sustainable growth and development.

The visit to Karachi signifies a significant step for CBD Punjab, showcasing its dedication to building strong partnerships and promoting investment opportunities for the socio-economic advancement of Punjab and Pakistan.
